Liability Waiver

By entering and using Infusion Studio Dallas facilities, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk

You understand that use of studio equipment, facilities, and participation in activities at Infusion Studio Dallas involves inherent risks, including but not limited to equipment malfunction, personal injury, and property damage. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the facility.

Release of Liability

You release, waive, and discharge Infusion Studio Dallas, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from:

• Personal injury or death

• Property damage or loss

• Equipment malfunction or failure

• Actions or omissions of other users

• Any other incidents occurring on the premises

Equipment Use

• You agree to use all equipment properly and as instructed

• You will not attempt to use equipment without proper training or authorization

• You accept full responsibility for any damage caused by misuse or negligence

• Equipment damage fees will be assessed for negligent or improper use

Personal Property

Infusion Studio Dallas is not responsible for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

• Equipment or belongings left on premises

• Vehicles or items in parking areas

You are responsible for securing and insuring your own property while on studio premises.

Medical Conditions

You confirm that you are physically able to participate in studio activities and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. You agree to inform staff of any conditions that may affect your safety or the safety of others.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infusion Studio Dallas from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the facility, your violation of these terms, or your negligent or intentional actions.

Media Release

By using Infusion Studio Dallas facilities, you grant permission for the studio to photograph or record sessions for promotional purposes, unless you provide written notice declining such use.

Minors

Participants under 18 must have this waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times while on premises.

Acknowledgment

By signing below or checking the acknowledgment box during online booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this liability waiver and release.
